Apple just released iOS 9.3 yesterday along with iPhone SE, 9.7-inch iPad Pro and more at an Apple Event in Cupertino.
iOS 9.3 includes features like Night Shift mode, Touch ID in notes app, Education app and many more. However if you do not like iOS 9.3 and decided to back to the previous iOS, then there is way. Apple is signing iOS 9.2.1 which means you can restore your iOS devices to the previous version.
If you are a big fan of Jailbreak or you accidentally installed the new iOS 9.3, its best to seat back on previous iOS and immediately downgrade iOS 9.3 to iOS 9.2.1 for now(Read the reason here) but if you do not care about Jailbreak then you can upgrade to iOS 9.3 at any time. So follow these steps if you’d like to Downgrade iOS 9.3 to iOS 9.2.1
Simply Download the .ipsw from our download page --- Open iTunes --- Go to Summary of your iPhone --- Hit Shift key and Click on Restore iPhone. After that select the downloaded .ipsw file and you’re done. The restoring process takes a while. After that your device will be loaded with the previous version iOS 9.3 software.
